Get electricty and gas back on for our family of 6

Hello friends,  

I don't know how else to do this or to ask for help. We have called almost every program that offers assistance and all have said that our bill is too high. Even the two small children we have wrote a letter to Santa Clause and the oldest wrote "Dear santa, Please trade all my gifts this year and give us power and hot water to our house instead."

 We have a outstanding bill for PG&E. About three months ago we helped a lady, who we believed was going to be our miricle, with her car. In return she was suppose to pay our electricty bill, which was 1,800. She called the company and 'paid' it. It  stayed on until about three weeks later, when it got shut off out of no where. We called PG&E to see why it got shut off, they said it was because the bill was paid with 4 fraud accounts. We tried calling the lady who 'helped' us and we havent heard from her since. So what we were doing was using our neighbors electricty though an extension cord to cook and have light until we figure out what to do. 

Then two days ago, our gas got shut off. Which means no hot water, no stove and no heater. We have two small childern, their mom and dad (my aunt and uncle). And then my fiancee and I, and I am also 28 weeks pregnant. My Aunt and I have been trying to call churches and any other places that will help. Nothing is working. We can't have the children here with no heat, especially with the cold weather on the way. So they have been staying, next door at night. 

I am not sure how else to get help, I work but only make about 200 bi weekly and my aunt gets 500 a month. I am scared and too my witts end. I have no idea what to do but try and keep faith the God has a plan and id going to help us. Please if anyone can help, please help us.
