get deceased fathers property back

Our dad had retired early, since our mother had passed away from cancer 13 years earlier, and not started collecting his contractors pension from the union. He finally decided at 67 too sell his home in california start collecting his pension, and move too Las Vegas, Nv. where its cheaper too live. After being there two years our dad had a heart attack in downtown las vegas on the street just steps away from his pick up truck, two people called 911 for him and told him they'll help him out, the male of the two took his truck, and robbed his house.

The other person a 24 year old female we now know her name is Jennifer, pretented too be a friend too our dad, and was helping him out. Myself and my sisters had went too go see our dad in the hospital in las vegas, he wanted to stay in las vegas and not come too California or Montana where myself and my sisters live. The hospital said the would have too put him in hospice care after his stay in the hospital, so we knew where he was going untill we left Nevada, Jennifer according too the nurses at the hospice had him moved too another hospice care facilty where our dad had another heart attack, and was sent too las vegas memorial hospital were he passed away from heart complications. This lady Jennifer that myself and my sisters didn't even know, told the hospital that our dad was divorced and no children. So she went too the Las Vegas probate court filed paper work out with our dad's name changed a bit from louis too louie, so the Neveda courts could'nt find that our dad had kids and gave her the rights too his mobile home and his assets, she cleaned out his home sold it, and got $45,000. Out of his wells fargo account, and had our father cremated and took the remains.

She was never able too cash the check wells fargo issued her, so wells fargo is holding the money per probate court order. We just need a little more help in order too complete this, since we had to hire a special probate attorney to help us out, but we've got no more money as these attorneys are expensive, because the probate court takes no blame for the errors in not digger deepper into finding us. My sisters and myself have deceied if we get help here, when we get the money from the probate court and restitution from her we will donate back here the same cash amount we recieve from here too a child in need our anything we think is deserving cause.
