Get Cam Walking

Cam is the biggest, goofiest dog we ever met. Imagine a 7 foot puppy, that jumps like a kangaroo and who's tail swings at Amber's (Cam's 4yr old human sister) head height. That's Cam. Endless energy, love and naps on the couch.
Unfortunately our boy has suffered a canine spinal stroke (FCE) which has left him paralysed in his hind legs. We have had to move him to a rehab centre where he can get the proper 24/7 attention that he needs and deserves. At rehab they have to constantly turn him so that he does not get bedsores, help him upright to go to the toilet as well as the massaging, stretching, acupuncture and hydrotherapy.

This is a process that can take 4 to 8 weeks, sometimes longer depending on the animal. And it is also a process that costs a lot of money.
Money which we do not have for that duration thanks to all the vet bills that have tallied up from all the consults, tests and MRIs. We've spent $2000/R30 000 in the last week and the rehab is going to cost an additional $270/R4000 per week (over 6 weeks $1620/R24000)

We have to get Cam walking again and any assistance, big or small, will be hugely appreciated.

We can not explain how much Cam means to us, he's not just a dog, he's our boy. And, he's a good boy.
