Get Bill Home

On June 23rd Bill Dettmann was in a motorcycle accident in the area of Warren, Ohio. He was on a benifit poker run for Marisa Kay. A little girl who had been run over by a land mover.

My dad sustained a broken neck, and arrested on the scene twice. He was airlifted to St. Elizabeths Trauma Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Where he remains.

My dad has undergone two surgeries, the first to fuse all of his C-Spine together (All of the C-spine vertebrae were damaged in someway) and the second to give him a tracheotomy and feeding tube.

He is currently paralyzed and on a ventilator with great hope to come off ventilator soon!!!

The reason behind needing to ask for money is, since he was in Ohio when this accident happened, he is stranded in Ohio!! Me and the rest of the family and his home is in Mississippi!!! He was only in Ohio, because thats where his job is.

Bill has to be transported by plane due to being on the vent. His health insurance will not cover this expense!!! The cost of this flight is $18,000!!!! This amount of money is astronomical, and we need help!!!
