Get Back On Our Feet Again

My boyfriend and I recently lost our apartment. We decided to hit the road traveling the states for a month with our two small dogs. We've returned to our hometown but are now separated due to living arrangements. We're currently working on our financial situation in order to get back on our feet but need a little help.
