GET AN ANGEL (me) TO HEAVEN (aka Barcelona)

My name is Mia, or Mia Monchichi on social media, and I'm trying to raise money to fund my study abroad trip in Barcelona, Spain this upcoming spring! My school has been helpful, but not helpful enough. I still need to cover the costs of one leg of airfare, baggage fees, all of my food while I'm living in Spain for the next 6 months, hospital bills, and costs for medicine and therapy. None of these expenses are covered. So here I am asking for yall to help me survive these next few months. When you donate, not only are you helping me afford this experience, but you're also helping support a LIVING artist. I'm a first-gen Central American babe, who lives my life in multiple intersections and who is constantly fighting to prove that my art matters and deserves to take up space. My art makes space for people like me who have always been told we're not supposed to be here. I also just want to enjoy this semester without constantly stressing about how I'm going to eat or afford my basic necessities.
