Get a Lawyer to Save Kat

I have a 3 year old daughter named Kat. Kat's father who is a convicted sex offender has sole custody of her. On February 17th Kat was brought to me by her father's girlfriend, with fecies running all the way up her back and a fresh wound on her inner left thigh. Kat informed my fiancee and I that she was burned, which was later on proven to be true. There was a cares interview for Kat in which it was determined to be a second degree burn. As of today, June 19th, there has yet to be a explanation for the burn. My ex- husband has a drug addiction problem and does not supervise Kat the way he should, even around a large swimming pool in the back yard. He is constantly endangering her health and safety. He lets her ride in the front seat of his car or in a booster seat for which she is to small, and drives under the influence of drugs and alchohol. He likes to threaten harm to Kat when she is not doing what he wants her to do, for instance " Do you want me to bounce your head of the floor?" I am extremely concerned for my daughter health and safety. I am afraid that I will get a call one day that my daughter is dead. Today I tried my case in court as my own lawyer and was shut down at every turn. The Judge ignored the evidence, witness testimonies and refused to admit, very important documents proving my case. I don't have the proper knowledge to represent myself in court, though I did give it my best. I was adviced to go after custody by The Department of Child Welfare and the local District Attorney after, even without a lawyer because of the 2nd degree burn. The only way I can save Kat is with a Lawyer to plead my case. Please help me Save Kat before it's too late!
