Campaign Story
Patient is a 29 years old father, married and presently working as Visual Technician. He has two children, the eldest is five years old and the youngest is one year old. He is the sole breadwinner of the family whose income is just enough to sustain daily needs.
He is an out-patient of The Medical City in Pasig City due to Glomus Jugulare, right [see attached medical abstract]. His condition is being closely monitored and is recommended to undergo five fractions of Stereotactic Radiotherapy for the management of his case. His needed therapy is very expensive, that he cannot fully sustain.
