Hello everyone,

Help Generation Success turn into a Charity and get 25 long term unemployed 18-25 year olds into work.

Are you aware that words can actually help people hold on to their dreams and make them more employable?

Do you also know that you can motivate people to aggressively pursue their dreams in life with agility & resilience?

Can we count on you to help us increase social mobility?

But, the biggest questions are…

How can people get to know ways that will help better their lives?

How can they get access to the genuine & ultimate mentorship?

How can they have the perfect career and life coaching they need?

We could go on and on but these questions will still remain unanswered, which ultimately amounts to nothing.

But the good news here is that you can actually give hope to someone, help them get access to the right empowerment and ultimately achieve their dreams in life.

I promise not to waste your time because every word – I mean every single word in this page is all about how you can reach out to someone today and put smile on their faces, motivating them to succeed in life.

Who We Are

We are a non-profit social action community interest company, helping social mobility, employability and motivation through hosting free “life building” workshops and master-class events, having the most successful business leaders as our speakers. We help social action through programs that encourage volunteering including mentoring (we aim to set up with the funds raised) and running a 10 week employer linked food and clothes drive providing employability skills, work experience and connections to employers.

We are reaching out to everyone who can afford to spare a few pounds to help us actualise this mission of having a world where we all have equal access and equal opportunities to achieve our career or entrepreneurial aspirations. Giving guidance that will help people balance their lives & career to create visions and live every day empowered. We have always had a passion and strong desire to bring engaging energy, direction and passion to every youth, guided by integrity, respectful values and a strong moral. As a social action company our most important mission is to change our world by guiding others to live authentic, purposeful, and passionate lives fuelled by their own power and talents. Focusing on social mobility, through bringing diverse groups to network, learn and achieve together, and promoting social action through programs that inspire volunteering.

What We Need

Our aim is to register as a charity and get 25 long term unemployed people aged 18-25 into work. In order to do this we need:

  • £700 – covers insurance for our 2016 activities.
    • Talks
    • Mentoring program
    • 2016 Christmas food and clothes drive.
  • £500 – Rebranding Generation Success into a charity and changing aspects our website.
  • £800 – Professional fees including accountancy and administration associated with becoming a charity.
  • £2000 – Towards volunteer costs.
  • £1200 – Computer system which enables us to save money, create efficiencies and ultimately spend less time on administration and more time delivering quality programs. including:

Automating our processes including recruitment, support and evaluation of mentors and mentoring relationships. Atomically generate reports which will enable us to continually monitor our community impact and identify areas of improvement, streamlining manual processes and reducing paper work; automating administrative work and reporting.

Imagine the total cost of achieving all these which is about £5,000 and for a growing charity such as ours the incoming funds is not enough to help us meet these needs.

This campaign is geared towards raising money for the aforementioned needs.

In the meantime, we must count on people like you, almost for the very success of this charity. Your right attitude, your open-mindedness, your prayer, and most importantly your financial support can see us through to actualising this mission. We wonder if you'll help us with £10, £100, £500, £1000 or any amount at all; it would be much appreciated and well used.

What You Get

  • More and bigger networking events with celebrity business leaders & key note motivational speakers.
  • A cutting-edge mentoring programme connecting the successful with the ambitious.
  • Access to our ever-growing network of members.
  • Our top supporters will be awarded with “Advocate of Generation Success” and featured throughout our channels.

If you join us in this cause, you will receive simply the inner satisfaction you will have in helping us impart many lives out there and we will put every money donated to this campaign into judicious use forever.

This campaign needs pledging but above all it needs your attention and interest!

Final Thank You and Links

We feel so grateful to everyone who has taken the time to read our campaign and for those who contributed what they could to make a difference in helping us spread the word. Please know your efforts, even the smallest, did not go unnoticed. We will continue to keep you posted on what your donation helped us achieve.

Fundraising Team

I am the Founder of Generation Success and dedicated to seeing this organisation grow and help more people achieve their career and entrepreneurial aspirations. The foundations for Generation Success were laid in 2011after the London Riots. We were sick and tired of people saying that we were a “lost Generation” and felt that rather than be part of the noise we would be part of the solution. Consequently, I managed to get my friends together and we started a society with the aim of tackling the issues we felt were important to us: social mobility, food poverty, volunteering opportunities and charitable activities. Today Generation Success provides a range of trail-blazing initiatives that are enabling thousands of people to “break the barriers” into professional & entrepreneurial success, whilst delivering value to their employment, academic and local communities. I graduated from BPP University with a 2:1 LLB law degree in May 2014. Before joining BPP I spent 4 years as a Business Development Executive where I led the company’s innovation into cashless parking and expansion into Northern Ireland. I developed a reputation for being a strategic thinker, successful business developer and innovative leader, able to negotiate and manage service agreements, working closely with clients and stakeholders to develop viable solutions. In my spare time I enjoy reading personal development books, going to the gym, spending time with friends, playing football and exploring what life has to offer. I truly believe that “We are limited by the boundaries of our minds, hence I am always trying to expand my boundaries”.
