Short Summary Dream it, achieve it & live it. I am not sure of if this is to be termed as a business idea, but this is how I am dreaming, way back from 2009. And why I could not achieve it and make it practical, as lot of ingredients have to be involved at a huge cost. I can still recall when.. Tom(name changed) wasn’t useful for the company anymore and so got kicked out of the company in a very bad way as the company went bankrupt. Tom’s grief soon was compounded by financial trouble. All his questions weighed even heavier, like ‘How am I going to make enough money?’, ‘How will I manage my home and my spending?’, ‘What do I do when things just don’t work out?”. He at the same time had no desire to take control of his own life. Tom was my best buddy and I could easily feel him. I could easily read him. He used to sound so negative, that he concluded ending up his life. Being his close pal, I had to assist him in his bad times and pull him out but I had nothing which could comfort him. Along with my friend, company fired employees in huge numbers. And they were just not the employees, but I would quote them as the talented employees. They needed a platform to showcase their talents and overcome the financial burden. At that point of time I decided to create a platform that could assist these kinds of talented people who can utilize it to showcase their talent and earn money. My dreams were directly proportional to their needs and hence I thought of achieving it. When I heard about crowd funding and gone through the website, I did not know why but it came in my mind that this place and these are the people who can help me to convert my dream into reality. The Idea: Idea is to create an online marketplace website/app, that will have two kind of users; those who will provide business & those who will work on those business deals-experts; and this will help both kind of users in different manner. Through this marketplace, employers can hire experts to do work in areas such as software development, writing, data entry and design right through to engineering, the sciences, sales and marketing, accounting, legal services etc. Xpertseek will reinvent the way we work. Since we will provide pool of talents using this platform, so projects will be posted by different employer from worldwide and every time job gets posted, it creates a job opportunity for an individuals or company (job opportunity for multiple individuals). Xpertseek for business: It will provide businesses with the ability to find the help they need from a variety of talented experts worldwide. As the data grows, by analyzing the data (based on work done, rating, earning, categories worked etc), Xpertseek Recommended System will make the expert's selection process easy and reliable – every time. Once connected, Employers can securely pay experts through the SafePay system. Xpertseek for experts (Individual/Company): Give a platform to earn money by working for the companies/employer looking for the job done around the globe. Option to showcase the talent in the form of profile, portfolio, feedback testimonial etc. No qualification required, if individual has talent, they will get the job and can earn money. Option to get the revenue sharing, based on different performance factors. Option to participate in contest and get better reward for the job done. What We Need & What You Get As I mentioned in the campaign that I need 50K USD to build this platform for the individuals/companies. There are lot of individuals who need these kind of platform to make their life stable and tension free. The funds would be utilize in the following manner: 1. Creating online platform in the form of website, mobile app, blogs, SEO etc.2. Marketing campaigns to create awareness of this platform to those individuals, who really need it3. Creating team for assisting me in developing and maintaining the same.As per my estimation, the established figure would be sufficient to make the things ready but in case I will not be able to reach the goal then also I will not loose my hope, I will start implementing the same from whatever I get and will look for another resource for converting it into reality.  From the day I start getting the fund, I will invest it for making the platform ready because I believe that one should start working on good plan rather than waiting for better plan.You are contributing for some good cause. Being self-driven is important and launching a product where people can be the masters of their own is to be released now. Risks & Challenges I was very hopeful and equally excited when I though about this platform, but when I met with some of the investors, I was not able to convince them as the investors were seeking for only profit. It became difficult to map their interest with that of my motive and hence could not fetch support out of them. From my own saving, I have started implementing the website, and it's 10% complete, but the cost is far beyond my reach and hence I am here. Other Ways You Can Help It happened with me couple of times that when I thought of making some contributions for a social cause, unfortunately I could not succeed because of certain unavoidable circumstances. Sometimes different priorities also stop us to make such kind of contribution. This can be the case with any one of us and I understand it well.
