Gear 4 Dean…Vision Impaired Musician Brisbane Aus.

   Hi all, my name is Dean, i am a  vissualy disabled musician and parent of four kids, i live in wonderfull brisbane queensland australia with my partner and music drives me crazy, i just love it, always writing lyrics and singing as i go about my chores, lol

Now i understand music and the music business is fleeting and fickle and becoming a superstar is a dream, all i want to do is make songs as it brings me joy, a sort of therapy you could say. i spend a lot of time making up silly rhymes and melodies in my head, whilst going about my daily duties at home.what i want isn't money but opportunity and someone to believe in what i'm trying to put out there, but i suppose money towards my goal could help, i need a basic audio recording setup so i can put out basic quality tunes for sound cloud and you tube etc. i have some equipment already, but face battles with items not being suitable breaking and such, a tad frustrating.i invite you to see my sound cloud page at

due to diabetic complications, i have lost eyesight i one eye and am losing sight in another, hopefully not for a long long time. having spent most of 2011 in hospital with toes being amputated, and on drips day and night to fight mrsa that almost brought me to the brink, i value what time i have left, and life has become more focused of late.These setbacks have stopped me from working and driving, and i spend my time at home mostly looking after my family and health.what i need is access to a recording solution to lay down my song ideas better and as i am a pensioner and the high cost of raising a family, i don't have much money left over for trivial things such as computer recording gadgets.what i need is somewhat inexpensive and would be purchased from eBay as it is a cost effective way compared to shops in my area.i need a vocal microphone, an audio interface, a midi keyboard and better headphones for monitoring.sorry for the many words, i am passionate about music it brings me joy, and hopefully soon i can stop beating my head against the wall so to say, due to the limitations of my computer and the equipment i already have.thanks for reading and be sure to listen to my songs at sound cloud :) Deano..
