Gathering money to take my sick bird to the vet

Hello everyone.
so recently we got a baby sun conure and he was such an adorable ray of sunshine. His name is Elmo and he was always chirping, flying around and demanding cuddles then all of a sudden he got sick. He stopped eating, he’s always laying down, he can barely stand up and he is losing so much weight its terrifying. We got him antibiotics and vitamins but the food isn’t staying in his corp, he keeps throwing it all up and and he barely has energy. My parents think he will be fine, but with his condition it doesn’t seem so unless we take him to a vet. I tried to convince them but they are not buying it. I want to take matters into my own hands because I can’t bare seeing him like this. It really hurts my heart and if he dies without me actually trying, I won’t forgive myself.
