Gaming PC for my daughter and myself

My daughter and i really like video games. We use them as a chance to bond and spend time together. With the recent increase in the demands games put on a PC, we are slowly becoming unable to play games coming out. So I needed a new PC. However, due to the buildup of students loans, vehicle payments and child support, I am unable to put forward the cost of a new PC. Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated.
