Gabriel’s unwavering faith

Hi! My name is Michelle S. Derupe , mother of Benjamin Gabriel S. Derupe, who's 12 years old and has Right Bundle Branch Block-Ventricular Tachycardia. He is recommended by His Cario-pedia electrophysiologist to undergo Radio Frequency Catheter Ablation this coming March or April, as soon as we will be able to raise funds for him for the deposit that the hospital is asking.

Last December 20,2021 , 2 days after his 11th birthday , he was rushed to the hospital due to severe stomach and chest pain . His heart beat was really fast ,140-220bpm and his blood pressure was going down. They found out he has typhoid that time too and his heart muscles were damaged because of the bacteria and thickened blood because of post covid. He underwent Cardioversion (energy shock) so he can be saved and Thank GOD he was saved , was admitted to Intensive Care Unit for 7 days and 3 days at the regular room. Thank God that we got home before New year's. He was given medication for 6 months at home , injecting Enoxaparin( blood thinner) in his tummy for twice a day for 90days .

Then second incident of Ventricular Tachycardia occurred last July 2022 and he underwent Synchronized Cardioversion(energy shock) again since he had pneumonia too that causes his heart rate to raise again.

We were referred by his previous Pediatician Cardiologist to a doctor in Philippine Heart Center which is a Pedia Cardiologist- Electrophysiologist and found out he has Right bundle branch block that needed to be treated ASAP so that Tachycardia will not occur again . He needs to undergo Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation.

We are hoping that you can help us get through with this hardship, it is really heartbreaking seeing our son Gabriel went through Ventricular tachycardia and get cardioversion.

We lost our house and all savings because of what we went through last year .
