Campaign Story
In Uganda, around 7% of the population is living with HIV/AIDS. This is about 1.4 million people. The HIV/AIDS support project aims to raise awareness and education about HIV/AIDS in Uganda through delivering classes on personal hygiene and prevention. Education classes will range from schools to clinic and hospitals. I will be helping test individuals at clinics, providing medication if positive, as well as providing classes over my 2 weeks there.
