GABRIEL’S CHANCE

My beautiful son was an adddict for 5 years, it started by a girl friends mom sharing pain pills, it progressly got worse. Once he moved in with me after been on his own for 4 years, I began to see the signs that at that time didnt know I was witnessing and ENABLING an addict, after multiple car accidents, personal stuff pawned, stereo equipment gone, horrible confrontations because I wouldnt give him money, suicide attepmts- asking for help, I cried like a wounded animal thinking about my sons pain and realizing his addiction. A drwaing  that I found in his room while searching for drugs during one of his sudden trips, opened my to my ENABLING HABITS I too had. Me given money for gas, food, cigarretes, oil changes.... were used for drugs. I once followed him and he was asking people at Walmart parking lot for help, the pain and sorrow I felt for him it cannot be put into words.

He is now a year and 3 months SOBER and is even a sponsor to a young man that came into rehab while he was still there-Happy Dance!!!!

He is a very smart young man, and wants to go to school and he is serious about it. We cannot afford to

to send him, O still owe 2,000 to rehab and 1.000  to lawyers that helped me make it mandatory  for him to go to rehab. Im a proud mom, he wants to go to school and buy land and raise cattle and be out helping people.

Gabriel is 22 years old and very hard worker. Please help.
