We are looking to raise $250,000.00 for Brain Surgery in the United States for Jeremy Cardinal aka G-Shotta aka Taco Age 26. He suffered a life changing injury on April 26, 2013 and is in the hospital rehabilitating from a stab wound by neck area which cause him to have a stroke from the blood loss . He is an aspiring recording artist for Extended Clip Entertainment from Saddle Lake, Alberta Age 26 with 2 daughters.
