Hello! I am Greg Sormillon, 23 yrs old and I am a person with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5(end stage) and i am undergoing dialysis 3x a week( M,W,F).

I have 3 siblings. 1 is autistic and the other two are just elementary students and our father is the only one who has a job but its only good for our food and house payments.

Every session requires a lot of money and we are only barely surviving. Every amount of money is a luxury, every amount extends my life.
