I am running a company and have skilled professionals to take care of business but whenever I get a candidate in interview who had potential to learn but not able to learn because of financial issue. Now I am recruiting only unskilled candidates and train them to be fit for the organisation so that they can servive. Please help in this good cause to showcase the hidden talent.
