Leadership Development...a passion I have always had not only for myself but every person, especially in their own right. I have been blessed with a wonderful opportunity to further my studies towards my Masters in Business Administration at one of the best business schools in Africa, the Gordon Institute of Business Sciences.
I am a young, female entrepreneur with a heart for personal development, identity work, women and youth empowerment. My background is in Industrial Psychology and have worked on numerous restructuring, employee engagement and reward projects both in the private and public sector. I have come to learn however that without discipline & personal development (self-mastery), it is impossible to become the fullness of what we are each purposed to be. Continuing with my studies has been a blessing, a challenge and an opportunity to confront myself, my fears and move beyond the space of acquiring academic insight but equipping myself to change the space around me because of what I have been exposed to. Exposure certainly does elevate.
I have started a foundation called Young Woman Young Man, aimed at coaching young learners and transferring some of the skills learnt during my MBA journey. This has been done in collaboration with other brilliant leaders passionate about providing exposure to those who would not necessarily get exposure. In 2019, we had our first Beauty for Ashes Seminar, aimed at women empowerment, career and personal coaching as well as exploring networking and collaboration opportunities for new entrepreneurs.
