Future life long learning.
Many students have no idea what they want to do in the future and current educators and counselors don't have the proper training to guide our youth. Schools can evaluate learners based on Birkman's method and data. We can guide these students in the right direction and continue their educational, personal and professional development throughout their life to keep them on the best path. A structural educational program would be set and the future of learning would include 21st century skills, career skills (soft skills), block-chain badge data for a solid CV. It is a true marking of guidance and reassurance.
These programs would be available throughout the world, bringing students together and making life long ties with our youth, professionals in the field, all on an international level.
