Future and Love Is New York

You have thoughts. You have ideas that develop from those thoughts. From these are often created amazing dreams and goals. The decision, then journey itself becomes life changing and exciting even before you've realized the destination. Such an adventure is what I'm pursuing ~ To forever change and improve my life and the lives of countless others.

As a professional personal fitness trainer for 25 years, I totally immersed myself into the work I loved. But I also created a problem by securing myself into a destructive ‘comfort zone’. I had no life, friends or plan for the future outside that narrow environment.

When the world wide recession struck seven years ago, I lost my entire clientele and business. Then, after a lifetime of extensive exercise and physically very active life, I had to have full reconstructive rotator cuff shoulder surgeries; both during the past five years.

My son, only child I’ll ever have is gone (No, I do not share those private details). Having also experienced complete financial loss, no longer any family or close friends…And starting over at past age 50…I had a choice. Walk in front of a fast moving train or truck ~ Or, keep living and give my life to sharing my energy, experience and love of others.

I chose you ~ Decided to create a life and book which benefit countless amazing, beautiful souls.

A few years ago, I made my first trip to New York City. Previous to that, I had heard so many times during my life about the mean spirited, abrasive, angry New York people. I decided to approach the first visit with a specific strategy ~ To see the story of every voice I heard, and to hear every face I saw. I had two goals: To make certain New York could not help but like me. Who would not? I’m so lovable; besides being appallingly modest. The other goal? ~ To find the ‘meanies’.

Long story short ~ A few ‘meanies’ probably do exist in New York City. But the first week I was there, they must have all been out of town. All I found was friends.

I have written a book, Your Unlimited Options, which explains the reality and genuine risk of comfort zones; anyone is a target. There are the seven steps to avoiding comfort zones; seven steps to break free from any comfort zone. Plus many valuable stories, including mine, which can be of benefit and support to countless people/readers. This is a book that never becomes outdated, the minute it hits the Amazon or bookstore shelves. And it has potential benefit for virtually any person alive today or in the future.
