It's is with a very heavy heart that we announce the birth and passing of an Angel that's God blessed us with. It was our privilege to be a part of this little baby's life. On Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 8:32 PM Erica Monea gave birth to the most Perfect baby BOY Johnny Jayden Bracamonte and God saw fit to welcome him into the kingdom of heaven on Friday, January 22,2016 at 10:50 PM. Baby Johnny heart wasn't developed the correct way and he put up as much fight he could.
