FUNERAL EXPENSES

On December 24th 2018 my mother lost her life due to negligence from a nursing and rehab center in central Texas. The paramedics that were present at the scene stated "after speaking with Nursing Home staff, we have been informed that the patient had not received insulin in at least 6 days. Patient is combative and nursed did not give insulin. They attempted to notify her physician, Dr. ---------- but could not get in touch with him. No attempt was made to contact anyone else about the situation. My mother was found on the side of her bed, foaming out of her mouth, unconscious at 6 am by the nursing home's first shift. She had suffered two strokes while laying on the cold floor unattended. My mother is now with the Lord, all I ask of you is to help me transport her remains to Puerto Rico, where she will be buried next to her parents. My mother was cremated and her ashes will be taken by a family member to San Juan this coming August, 2019. Thanks you and GOD Bless All of You!
