For Elisa

To everyone who may not yet have heard the news, our dear Elisa Cornejo died from complications of diabetes.

Funeral plans are as follows:
Viewing on Saturday December 29, 2018 from 4pm-8pm at
Rivera Funeral Home
1260 St. Nicholas Ave.
New York, NY 10032
Mass will be held at 6pm during the viewing.
Elisa did not wish her passing to be a time of sadness. As per her request, please wear something red.

As you may be aware, Elisa is mother to Tania, Tony, and German. What has happened is beyond comprehension and we are all still in shock. Understandably, her children are struggling to cope, so I am stepping in to help with organizing Elisa’s Funeral.

We have already had numerous emails, texts and messages from family and friends asking how to help, so this campaign has been created as a way to keep everyone up-to-date with plans, and also offer a place for messages and donations for funeral arrangements to be left.

If you are not able to help in this manner, you can still leave messages and comments for Tania, Tony and German. Please note that any funds collected beyond the cost of the arrangements will be donated to the American Diabetes Association in Elisa’s name
