Temple Building Fundraising

We are raising funds to purchase an existing 2.5 storey temple.

We are setting up a Mahayana Buddhist temple to promote the teachings of Buddha. It will be a place for devotees to participate in reciting of scriptures and have an in-depth understanding of the scriptures.

As mentioned in the Lotus Dharma Sutra, the merits of building a Buddhist temple:

1. Lighten or even diminish bad karma of past kalpa.

2. Protected by Devas.

3. Rid of obstacle.

4. Not disturb by evil entity.

5. Rid of troubles.

6. Blessed with happiness and prosperity.

7. Gain popularity.

8. Increase in wisdom.

9. Able to reborn to one of the three upper realms.

10. Attaining a step closer to Buddhahood.
