Funds to Survive

I got hurt at work in June 2019 and received Workmans Compensation until December 2019. When my doctors requested surgery the insurance sent me to a doctor in a different state who wrote a fake report on me, he didn't even get my height or weight anywhere close to my actual height and weight. I have not received ANY funds this entire year. I have applied for short term disability, but the process has taken 9 months. I am in dire straits and never thought to ask for help until now. I feel God just placed this site in front of me and said to ask and I shall receive. I appreciate ANY amount that you can donate to help me literally get back on my feet.
