Funds to build my Online Jewelry Store

I need your support to start my own online jewelry store. I plan to start an online store that gets the jewelry from the manufacturer at wholesale price an sell at retail price, with as much as 200% profit, for instance a necklace that goes for $10 wholesale price and the retail price is $30, that's 200% profit. I also plan on having an affiliate program on my store with commissions as much 30% per sale depending on the piece of jewelry, and i believe the affiliate program would provide an extra source of income for some people.

The funds will go to paying the fees to register business and get vendors license, and capital for marketing and warehouse for the store.
