Funds needed to transition

I have been transitioning, m2f, for many years, my current financial situation leaves me in a bind. I have been forced into medical retirement due to complications from birth. I raise my granddaughter full-time so all monies I receive from the Government goes into our daily living with nothing left over. I want to get the surgeries required to become the woman I am, to complete the physical changes, I need your help. Every donation goes towards my surgical needs to which I will post to Facebook the results. You may think me silly for this request but I have never been more serious. Thank you.
