Funds needed for university

Hello my name is Denis, I'm a 17 year old from Russia. Me and my family came to UAE in search of a better life, but over the recent years we've been struggling financially due to my mother getting really sick to the point she couldn't walk. This made her lose her job and lose everything. I lost 2 years of high school mainly because we couldn't pay for the student fees. I can't go back to Russia to study because I don't know the language, I've lived here my whole life. When I turn 18 I need to go to the army, but I really want to finish my education before that so I'm trying to enroll to a university undergraduate program. If I start studying this September I won't have to go to the army until later in life. I really want to start studying, anything helps really. Thank you :)
