I may not live normal life until treated with advanced medical treatment and physiotherapy

1. I am suffering from this fatal disease(Ataxia) due to my legs paralyzed and I confined to wheel chair. There are many complications due to this disease like...

• loss of coordination (ataxia) in the arms and legs
• fatigue - energy deprivation and muscle loss
• vision impairment, hearing loss, and slurred speech
• aggressive scoliosis (curvature of the spine)
• diabetes mellitus (insulin - dependent, in most cases)
• serious heart conditions, including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and arrthymias

Doctors suggested me to take physiotherapy and attend experimental drug trials in India or USA. I have to buy equipment such as wheelchair, walker and modify my bathroom so I can attend to daily living activities such as shower and toilet. Some advanced medical treatment options are available only foreign countries via clinical trials for that I need your support.
