Funds for lipstick business

Hi everyone!

My name is Shanshan Cheng and I live in Guangzhou, China. I was a fashion designer and have 5 years of fashion design experience.Last November I quit my job to start to running a lipstick business.

In my career in fashion I never complained about my work.My working days were Monday - Saturday, working from 9:00-23:00. That's normal for me. At one time, I also worked for 3 months without a rest day during my first year as a designer assistant.

Recalling that,I think it’s because I had a lot of energy and dynamism for that job. I also like to focus on my work.Finishing a project or a certain program excites me and gives me energy. I was really happy to lead my team and teach the new assistants.It was a beautiful time in my life. However,physically I couldn’t handle the job and my health began to suffer so this led me to start my own business.

Running my own business,I’ve had time to relax and my health has completely recovered.

To help encourage my team, I send them gifts, teach them how to sell lipstick and how to open and manage the marketing,Seeing that my customers love this lipstick and it improves their lip condition makes me feel happy and grateful because they believe me and my product.Almost 100% of my customers love it!And when they finish the lipstick,they bought it again.I love what I'm doing right now but some partners left the team, so it isn’t going well.

I've invest all my money and by the end of this month,I have a lot of bills that need to be paid. Also I have to take care of my own team.In this last 8th months ,I've tried my best and I'm still learning and trying.I want to flight for my future.I really like what I am doing right now!And i see the marketing here.It's will going up!So I don’t want to give up!
