Funds for legal fees for Immigrant Petition

Hi, my name is Guillermo. I am 30 years old and I will try to keep this as short as possible. I am currently living in Mexico with my mom in which we've been here for over +10 years. In 2010 my mom voluntarily exited the US in order to come with me here in Mexico as I was under medical care for a chronical anxiety disorder. I had received treatment in the US for 2 years, but there were no visible results and I was just getting more medication which were causing me more serious side effects. Ultimately, this led us to the decision of consulting a neurophysicist here in Mexico and in 2010 we exited the country with my mom along me. After a year I was feeling much better, but since my mom was an undocumented immigrant I could not find it in me to go back since my mom couldn't come. She was detained before and was given a 10 year punishment before we could file a petition for her. Well after all this passed that has passed we have been here living in Mexico working, she became a clothing salesperson in our local flea market selling second-hand clothing items and shoe wear. I, on the other hand have been working as an English Teacher in a private school, but due to covid-19 now we have been working in very minimal capacity and have struggled a bit with the daily expenses and my medication that I take still to this day. Now, I have one sister in New Mexico working as a high school counselor, her name is Maria, and she has opened up the immigrant case for my mom and will be covering the cost for any legal fees that will come from this process. She is married and has two kids of her own and it is very hard as it is raising a family and covering the expenses until the entire process concludes. Since I am in Mexico I don't have the financial stability to support in this procees since we have a very low wage here in this part of the world and I can't find another way to help my family in this time of need. As with any family I hope, my mom is the pillar of our family and we are hoping to get some help. Whatever help we can get is greatly appreciated and I can one day just hope that anything we can receive is given back to you tenfold. If this campaign finds you, with or without a donation.
