Funds for Joseph NM Tobias’s school fees for his Master’s Degree in Political Studies’ final year .

Hello.

My name is JOSEPH NM Tobias. I am from Namibia and currently in my final year and final semester of my Second Degree, MASTER OF ARTS IN POLITICAL STUDIES. I am unemployed and has been for the most part since my first degree, Bachelor of Public Management. My family is unable to pay for my school fees since only my father is employed he is responsible for our whole family. Today when I logged on to my university of Namibia portal to possible see my results got a letter from the Bursar that i currently owe the University N$ 20925 and will therefore not be allowed to register for the next semester which is my final semester in this qualification, with the final subject of my thesis Completition.

I would like to pledge to you respectful people to help me fund my studies and raise the outstanding amount of my studies so that i would be allowed to register and finish this degree which will open up several opportunities for me and allow me to serve other people using my qualification and the knowledge gained.
