Dear Family and Friends,

My mother, Azenith Hababag Castillo, has peacefully joined our Creator on the 8th of June, 2:05PM

She had a heart attack on June 4 and had undergone angioplasty after the good doctors discovered a blockage in one of her arteries. Unfortunately, while recovering from the procedure, complications arose which lead to pneumonia and acute renal failure. She went for dialysis on June 6, but during the procedure, her heartbeat stopped. Although it was revived, she succumbed to coma. June 7: the doctors decided to perform angiogram on her heart again to find out if another blockage in arteries has caused her heart to stop but none was found. They also gave her dialysis to help her kidneys. The morning of June 8 was spent fighting for her life as her heartbeat stopped for the 5th time. But as God willed it, she, in the end, left us.

I would like, on her and my family's behalf, whole-heartedly thank each and every one who extended their help to us. To those who physically assisted us in our time of needs, to those who sent financial help and to those who uttered a silent prayer for her recovery... thank you very much. There are no other words to say how much we appreciate everything.

In my mother's fight to stay with us, her medical bills accumulated to 1.2M as of June 8. That said bill isn't the updated bill. The responsibility of settling it is left to me, her son, and to my aging grandparents. And though it pains me to do so, I would yet knock again on your kind heart for financial help. I am only 14 years old. I cannot handle this alone. My grandparents depended on my mother for their living. They lack the capabilities to pay our debt on their own. If we fail to settle her medical bills as soon as possible, her death certificate would not be released and we would not be able to send her to her final resting place.

I once again thank you in advance for your kindness. Any amount will do. Below are the bank account details of my grandmother. Those who would like to personally extend their help, the place and time of her wake will be posted later as soon as possible.

Psalm 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Sincerely,

Zyrhone John Castillo
