Fundraising to purchase a plastic bottles shredder for environmental conservation in Kenya

• Around 500million plastic bottles are produced and dumped in Kenya every year. The plastic bottles clog our water systems, block soil aeration and pollute our air when burned.

Shredding plastic bottles and exporting the shredded plastic to countries that recycle it polyester for the clothing industry will provide the much needed solution to the plastic bottles menace in our country. I intend to buy a shredder that will shred around 300million bottles per year.

With this Shredding machine, plastic bottles will be reduced substantially and our environment conserved.
