Fundraising for the victims of Typhoon Quiel in Cagayan Valley

For the first time in the history, Cagayan Valley faced this kind of crisis. Most of the residents just watch their houses being destroyed and washed away by the strong water flow. Everyone is helpless. Watching the videos and photos makes my heart sink. My brother's family is also living in this place particularly in Abulug Cagayan. They were crying to me. The wife, take a bank loan to renovate their house, and just for a minute it was gone. It is so devastating. I wanna help them, but What can I do? I wanna help each and everyone by helping them to raised some fund for them. I am knocking your golden hearts to please help these victims. Small thing meant a lot.
