Fundraising for starting an art gallery

I started to paint as a hobby (mostly oil paintings), but would very much like to make it more than just a hobby, by getting a small place to create, learn and try new techniques, but currently the paycheck decrease due to corona virus has affected me financialy, so I am not able to create as much as I would love to, because the materials cost a lot, etc.
