Fundraising for Neurological Praxis child

There is one 5 years old boy who was born with oxygen shortages and doctors haven't put him in an incubator immediately which caused him to have Neurological Praxis. He needs constant medical treatments and nursing. He started head nodding when he was in 2 months. He has extensor tonic spasms and tonic deviation of eyes upward. Now he has a extensor spasms 3-8 times per a day. He has been treated in South Korea but his parents had no choice but to go back to Mongolia because of financial difficulty. He has been treated with Excegran and Sabril 500mg 1/2 twice a day. The problem is that the pill is not traded in Mongolia. So he needs to be treated in South Korea. Now his father lives and works in South Korea to feed his family even the rest of his family lives in Mongolia. He has been doing all his best but it is not enough earning for the whole family, his wife, 2 beautiful daughters, and his Neurological Praxis boy. The government of Mongolia does not care about this issue and there is no support from any other organizations. Besides, there is a massive amount of air pollution during winter in Mongolia which is 5 times higher than in Beijing, China and 3 times higher than in India. Because citizens of Ulaanbaatar burn, on average, 5 tonns of coal to stay warm in winter. This makes the situation even worse. He needs to go under numerous laboratory testing and medical treatments. Because the medical treatment is very costly, his family is experiencing financial hardship. So I am raising this funding to give hand to this little kid.
