Fundraising for an online Business

I am a 58 year old lady who is widowed and has no access to pension, savings etc. The only way I can survive is by starting up my own online business. I have already begun setting up my website but am working on a small iPad and am battling to write blogs and ebooks. I also was involved in a horrific motor accident and require a spinal fusion. As I cannot afford this, I suffer from severe back pain when I stand up or walk too much. I need to set myself up with a printer, and a decent computer to enable me to run my little business.
