Fundraising for a Volunteer Big Day

I am a member of the volunteer association Ching Wan Society in Hong Kong. Recently, they are planning to hold a volunteer BIG Day.

During the BIG DAY, volunteers will be visiting 9 different charity organizations and serving over 200 people in need. These include individuals who are elderlies, children in need and people with disabilities. Throughout the day, volunteers will organize a number of activities, including balloon twisting, making crafts and playing group games, to bring joy and interact with these individuals in need.

I would like to raise some funds to support this event. Some of these expenses include the meals and transportation expenses for the volunteers, the materials for the crafts and gift packs for the people in need.
