Fundraiser for Travel

Hi all! I am currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Texas at

Dallas studying communication disorders. Based on my academic

achievements and strong interest in dedicating time to the enrichment of

others, I have been provided the opportunity to volunteer for a Therapy

Abroad program in Belize. I am looking to raise $2,300 for this cause.

ask you to support me so that I can provide speech therapy to children

in Belize. Your donation will go towards travel expenses and additional

training which counts as course credit. Just a small amount can help me

achieve this goal.

Providing therapy abroad will offer

challenging, yet valuable experiences and essential qualities that will

surpass the limits of a traditional classroom. More importantly, this

experience will allow me to positively influence the lives of children

experiencing developmental delays and educate others by spreading

awareness and support to improve the quality of life of individuals

winthin the community.
