Fundraiser for our Little Fighter

Hi, good people! It's me again, Kim. I am creating a fundraising campaign anew on behalf of my brother, Kevon, and his wife, Venus. This is for their 17-month old son, Kevon Jr., who is again confined at MJ Santos Hospital in Butuan City.

Kevon Jr. was born with a rare genetic disorder called Ornithine Transcarbamylase (OTC) deficiency. Due to this, he's already been to two life-threatening crises in his 17 months here on earth; the first was when he was just a week old, the second was when he was eight months old. All thanks to God and to the generosity of the people that helped us, Kevon Jr overcame those crises.

All was well and Kevon Jr's complex condition was managed by my sister-in-law, Venus, until the first week of August. His seven-month streak of no hospital admission was broken due to aspiration pneumonia and dehydration. Thankfully, he was discharged after a week.

Now, just a couple of weeks later, he's back again at the hospital.

My brother, the baby's father, is already working two jobs just to make ends meet. They haven't been able to bounce back yet financially due to Kevon Jr's recent hospitalization, they're faced with yet another financial problem.

It is with humility and pleading that I knock at your hearts once more for donations for my brother's family's current ordeal.
