Fundraiser for Nizar’s MIS Spine Surgery

Hello 👋

I am Nizar Ud Din, 18 year old college student. The doctors have identified Multi-level facet joint arthrosis and Ligamentum Flavum hypertrophy. They have also found straightening of lumbar curvature and disc dehydration at L4/L5 level. Detailed MRI report is attached with thumbnail.

I am writing this to humbly ask for your help in obtaining the financial assistance I need to meet the invariably high medical cost of the minimally invasive spine surgery.

My Story

Long story short, about 5 years ago I started feeling slight pain in my left leg. In 1.5 year the pain traveled to my whole leg and my waist. When the pain became unbearable I visited a local hospital(Where there is still no MRI scanning available). The doctors proscribed me some painkillers which I used for about 1 year. Due to lack of knowledge about what really my problem was, I didn't properly exercised and took precautions.

Now about 2 Years back, the pain killers stopped showing any effect. The doctors increased my daily dose but it was of no use, instead I got stomach ulcer. Due to lack of funds to go to the city, my father applied for a loan in Dec 2019 and we finally visited a Neurosurgeon at Ali Medical Center Islamabad. He asked for an MRI scan(Report is attached with Thumbnail)

(January 2020) Unfortunately as my illness is 5 years old, I can not be treated with physiotherapy. The doctor has advised for an immediate Minimally Invasive Spine(MIS) surgery.

(June 2020) Due to lack of funds and no option for more loans, my surgery is not performed yet.

We have scheduled the surgery for July 22 2020. But I still need your help in fulfilling this fee.

I am hoping for the best and for a successful recovery from my condition.

Your assistance in any kind, especially in prayer, is very greatly appreciated.
