Fundraiser for a heart transplant.

A friend's family member has been recently suffering from heart problems, he has been sick since childhood and is now in risk of dying without a heart transplant. He's had a pacemaker to keep him in check for years, but recently it stopped working putting him at a greater risk, and while he's getting an operation done on the 9th of February, it will only be giving him a bit more time.
There are a few language barriers in the current situation because the medical records are in french, but from what i've collected and been able to translate, he's currently suffering from cardiac insufficiency, and the medical records will be enclosed in here

I've started this campaign in order to help them with the funds needed for finding a donor and also getting the operation done. Every donation matters no matter how small.
