Funding utility bills short term

Im starting this fund to help my mother with her financial needs. Coming from a single parent household and never been easy but recent circumstances have caused her to be in a bit of a finiancial bind. She recently has not choice but to file for bancruptcy a few years ago after realizing her income was a bit less from her previous place of employment. She has been tight on money ever since and has even tried a few temp part time jobs but they did not last very long of course. She has to spend more money on a pretty big car issue in Dec of 2013 which ended up costing $1,000. and has been having a hard time ever since trying to catch back up. Recently her water has been disconnected. After calling and asking for help from different charity organizations she found that funds are very limited and the wait list is unbearable. I only make a small amount as her daughter and I try to help the best that I can but it is still not enough. Family and friends have tried to help but it still is not enough. At this time the water bill is $365.00 on top of other past due bills.

It is not easy for us to ask strangers for help with this but every little bit would be so critical and my mother would really appreciate it. Never did she think her utilities would get disconnected due to her financial problems. A little bit of monetary help can go a long way. It of course would not be a permanent fix but only to relieve the damage done from her recent expensive car repair. Please help if you could be so generous. This would make things so much easier for a little while.
