Funding Prosthetic Leg for Jennifer

Jennifer Reynolds, a long time Houstonian and member of the Houston Chinese Church, underwent an amputation of her left leg at the end of May 2016 due to complications from un-diagnosed diabetes. This has been a devastating medical crisis. She has been unable to work due to her hospitalization. She remains hospitalized and is expected to undergo a long and arduous rehabilitation process after she is discharged from the hospital. Unfortunately, Jennifer did not have medical insurance and has accumulated huge medical expenses. She is in need of a prosthetic leg which is beyond her reach financially now.

A prosthetic company (Centers for Mobility - Prosthetic) has agreed to provide the prosthetic leg at their cost of $4000.00. This is half of the normal cost. However, Jennifer does not have $4000.00.

A small group of the Houston Chinese Church members have been trying to help Jennifer persevere through this medical crisis. Please donate any dollar amount you can to help Jennifer purchase this prosthetic leg. The sooner she can order the artificial leg, the sooner she will be able to get back to a productive life.
