Funding needed for business operation

I have established a professional company -Success Global Investor Relations Inc. providing investor relations services for mid- to small sized public companies, we build bridget between stock investors and public companies and increase public companies' exposure in the capital market, and we do media relations, press releases, investors outreach and analyst outeach. I ever have a few customers, and they are in the industry of telecommunication, mining and social media. Since this company requires me to hire highly educated finance professionals and have business operation overhead, adversiting etc, I stopped operating this business for 4 years, which is a rather a pitty, and now I would do some fundraising and try to get the business operated and expanded. From the budget I made, I need somewhere between $50,000 to $100,000 to reopen this business, and I would have more investors get aware of this business.
