Hi. My name is Asaph, a 25-year old Filipino citizen, currently seeking to pursue a master program in France. I am a Bachelor of Science degree holder in Mechanical Engineering with around three (3) years of professional experience in both automotive manufacturing (15 months) and petrochemicals (18+ months). Aiming to further enhance my personal and professional growth, I studied French by myself for around four years now and was rewarded this year the Diploma in French Language Studies B1 [DELF] with a grade of 94.0%.
I earned my bachelor's degree with a GPA of 90.8%, which in turn gave me the honor of being Cum Laude. Without the financial support from the Philippine government that time, I would have not gained the degree.
Now I'm actively searching for financial support to be able to obtain my masters in France. Given my financial situation (employed, with a monthly salary of less than 600 euros) in the Philippines, my pursuit of a higher-level education would most likely be impossible without significant amount of funding.
One of the French institutions which I'm applying to just recently sent me a letter of admission for the 2020 intake. The tuition fee of the program is 8909 euros per calendar year (for two years), which includes the insurance. Aside from this, the expenses I'll be having would be around 800 euros for the flight (if I'm not mistaken), and 700 euros a month based on my research regarding the living cost.
I would truly be grateful if you could help me in pursuing my dream of obtaining an international master's degree. Thank you very much!
