Funding Mr T – Light Steel Home Kits to help Kick-start South African Entrepreneurs

I need help in funding an entrepreneur . He needs to build his first Show House - a small Kit home - a light steel structure fit for small families - in Mamelodi, Pretoria, South Africa. My service is free - no salary and only logistics. All contributions handled by independent entity

M***** became a friend on Facebook at first - I now view him as my special son - in need of a caring parent. It is my duty and pleasure to try and help him. Therefore I introduce you to this young man - who needs more than I can offer him - Your help will be his precious stepping stone <3

The House Structure : with this home kit and example - will be the key, and enable him to market his new product, which will provide cost-effective, safe and dignified housing for people in Mamelodi, for a start. Hopefylly it will also enable him to order more units (all are the same) in bulk to cut costs (10 frames)

He needs at least about R70k or in $ about $4 500, but a small amount to buy one steel frame of R18k or $ 1300 will be able to buy his first steel frame to put on display for customers. The rest is very basic materials - sheeting, etc. Any donation will be treasured !

He already has a site available on a busy street in Mamelodi, Pretoria, South Africa. I designed his structure, as a Pr Arch Tech, provided him with the legal and construction details of building in light steel and provided him with the SA National building standards and Construction in light gauge steel . Also provided a material list and costing. A local steel manufacturer in the Western Cape gave us a fair deal for the steel frame - http://www.techomes.co.za/ - to be assembled and delivered to the site in Mamelodi. The rest of the materials can be bought at any hardware shop in Pretoria - i.e. Fibre cement sheeting and planks, OSB compressed wood sheeting, Iso board - Extruded polystyrene, windows, doors, roof sheeting, etc.
